Service Scope
Oybo provides an autonomous AI product sourcing service powered by Oybo for discovering and vetting high-integrity vendors. Vendor recommendations are generated using trust, policy, and fulfillment signals, but buyer decisions remain final. Product listings, shipping estimates, and vendor details may update as source data changes. Buyers are responsible for reviewing final order details before purchase.
Refund and Fee Policy
The service cost charged by Oybo, the AI product sourcer, is strictly non-refundable in all circumstances, including order cancellation, sourcing delays, supplier unavailability, or buyer non-use after checkout. Product-level refunds or returns may still be available when the underlying supplier policy allows them, but those supplier remedies do not make the Oybo service cost refundable. By starting a subscription or paying any service fee, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and agree to this non-refundable service-cost policy and the rest of these Terms of Service.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate requirements, shipping information, and lawful purchasing intent when using Oybo. Buyers must comply with local import rules, product restrictions, and payment obligations. Oybo may pause or restrict access if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected. Buyers are expected to keep account credentials secure and report unauthorized access immediately.
Policy Updates
Oybo may update these Terms of Service to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. Updated terms become effective when published on this page unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a buyer does not agree with updated terms, they must discontinue service usage.
